WIRELINE FISHING
What are Wireline Fishing tools?
They are devices that are connected at the end of the wireline string for providing required fishing functions
Pulling Tool
       It’s required to unlock and pull the mandrel.
        It’s attached to the base of a tool string.
        It’s run on the pulling neck of the mandrel.
        By jarring, the mandrel is unlocked.
Indexing Tool
       Indexing Tool allows 360 degree rotation of fishing tools as required.
        The rotation is achieved by means of an indexing shoe and ‘J’ Slot  mechanism activated by manipulation of the wireline string.

Wireline Spear
       It has several arms with upward hooks.
        It’s used when a wireline breaks inside the tubing.
        The aim is to recover the tool string or cut the wireline from top of the rope string to epose the fishing neck.  

Bulldog Spear
       The Bulldog Spear is a simple internal grapple used for retrieving debris without a suitable fishing neck.
        Their simple design makes them both cost effective, reliable and they can be supplied from 0.5" to 7" engagement.
Bell Guide
       Bell Guides are attached by threads to the skirts of pulling tools / overshots to assist in latching the fishing neck / O.D. of the device to be retrieved.
        They can be supplied in a variety of sizes and designs to suit particular applications.
Wireline Finder
       This tool is designed to locate the end of a wireline broken in the well.
        It complements the wireline grab in fishing operations.

WIRELINE PERFORATION
Wireline Perforating Anchor Tool (WPAT)
It can be used for the following applications:
        Underbalanced perforation in small casing sizes.
        Memory gauges run below perforating guns for the determination of crossflow or depletion.
        Enhanced cleanup because the well can be flowed immediately after perforating underbalanced.
Wireline Oriented Perforating Tool (WOPT)
It can be used for the following applications:
        Fracture plane perforation.
        Minimize fracture pressure.
        Minimize sand production.
        Directional cement squeeze
        Oriented core sampling.
